1. How do I add Color-Chan to my server?

You can report bugs or suggest features by joining the Color-Chan Support Server and posting in the help or suggestion channel.

5. How can i re-arrange the colors in my color list?

6. How can i add existing color roles to my server?

You can add existing color roles to your server by using the /add existing color role:@role command.

7. I deleted a color role by accident, can i get it back?

As long as you did not delete it through a Color-Chan command, you can restore it with the /update color list command. If you deleted it through a Color-Chan command, you can't restore it.

8. How can i create backups of my color list?

You can create backups of your color list using the "saves" feature. We have a dedicated guide on how to use saves here.

9. How can i restrict specific members from getting colors?

You can restrict specific members from getting color roles with our whitelist and blacklist features. We have a dedicated guide on how to use whitelists and blacklists here.

10. How can i remove my current color role?

Users can remove their current color role by using the /remove color command.

11. How can i get Color-Chan to leave my server?

To remove Color-Chan from your server, you can simply kick the bot.

12. I am getting a Generic Error what do i do?

A Generic Error only indicates that something went wrong, and Color-Chan was not able to handle the error properly. Please join the Color-Chan Support Server and provide your Server ID, description of what you were doing and the full command including the parameters that you used.

13. Insufficient Permission error

If you are getting the Insufficient bot permissions! error, please make sure that Color-Chan has the mentioned permission in your server. The permission should be granted by Color-Chan's role or by a different role and it should not be denied by the current channel's permission overrides.
